My trip to wellington

A couple of days ago I went on a trip to wellington, on a plane. We stayed at the YHA hostel, for 3 days. We visited cool places like the museum there and the Houses of Parliament also known as the Beehive.

We firstly visited the National Library of New Zealand. One of the exhibits was some really cool artwork of a story about the one where Tane Mahuta and his brothers tried to push their parents apart because they needed sun. Also, we saw the real treaty of Waitangi and that was pretty awesome then finally, we visited the basement and looked at the books there.

At the beehive we didn't get to meet Jacinda Ardern but we did meet Willow Jean Prime and got a tour around the place, and visited the debating room and the place where Jacinda does her covid 19 announcements.

Te Papa museum looked out some cool things like a big exhibit of World War 2 / Anzac day. In there was some extremely realistic giant statues and lots of displays of weapons and that kind of thing. We then went to a  special room where there were lots of drawers and all that and they contained old Maori cloaks back from the very olden days.

So, that was my wellington trip in a nutshell. I have some photos, bu i haven't uploaded them yet, so I might put them in a separate post later on.

Peace out!

About me.

My name is Finn. I am in Class 9R in Bay of Islands College. I have a small family of a mother, father, and a sister.
I have 4 pets, two of which are very fluffy  guinea pigs, which are named Fluffy and Jesse, and two cute cuddly cats named Tipsey and Tiddles.
I am good at a lot of things at school, like Maths and Science. But some other things i need to work on are my PE skills, and maybe some English. But I try my best in all subjects.
My goal is to be the best in all subjects, and be a bit better at PE.
I am looking forward to learning more advanced things, making new friends, and expanding my social life.
A person who inspires me is this theoretical physicist named Stephen Hawking. He has made many scientific achievements, despite being paralysed and confined to a wheelchair for his whole life.
